Accessibility

One of our rooms on the ground floor is totally suitable for disabled guests as well. Even the terrace of our restaurant is accessible with wheelchair.

 

Renting a car

If You are planning to rent a car, please contact the reception. Our colleagues will help You to find the most favourable offer.

 

Changing sheets

Our maids change the bedclothes twice a week. The daily change is also available at an additional charge.

 

ATM location

The nearest ATM to the hotel is located by the entrance of the State Heart Hospital. (OTP ATM)

 

Check-in

The check-in time on the day of Your arrival is from 2 PM. We are waiting for our Guests on the day of their arrival between 2 and 6 PM. If You arrive later, please call us ’till 6 PM at this number: +36 87 581 210. If You don’t have a previous reservation, we kindly ask You to pay for the room immediately by the check-in. You also have the opportunity to arrive earlier with the „early check-in” for an extra fee. The check-in form has to be filled in with Your real and exact personal details, because of the local tourist tax regulations.

Envelope, letter paper, folder

We provide them upon request. Please, contact the reception.

 

Razor

For a disposable razor please contact the reception and we provide it for an extra fee.

 

Shoe care stuff

Shoe care stuff is demandable at the reception.

 

Luggage storage

In our private room next to the reception we provide a secure luggage storage service for our arriving and leaving guests.

 

Smoking

Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and the whole building of the restaurant and hotel. It is allowed only in the designated areas. The guests are responsible for the damages arising from smoking in the equipments.

 

Electricity

In our hotel the voltage is 220V/50Hz. For our guests –upon request – we provide a converter.

 

First aid

.At our reception You can find a first aid kit, which can help You treating wounds and injuries. If You have an enduring problem, please contact the reception.

 

Umbrella

Our guests can loan an umbrella at the reception.

 

Check-out time

Please leave the room till 10 AM on Your day of departure ! If You plan to stay longer, please ask the reception about the opportunity of the „late check-out”.

 

Wake-up service

You can ask for it at the reception, just call „0” and give Your claim. All the rooms have an alarm clock.

 

Night rest
We kindly ask You to stay away from the loud activites and do not disturbe other guests after 10 PM.
 

Restaurant

Get acquainted with the rich flavours of our restaurant, which has a cozy terrace in summertime. Our daily and a’la carte offers await our guests with the bests of the Hungarian Cuisine, as well as with vegetarian, light and special dishes. The regional meals are made of local ingredients, according the local traditions.

Copy

Copy, print and fax can be used at the reception. Please ask the receptionist’s help for the conditions.

 

Payment methods

You can pay with cash (HUF, EUR), credit cards (VISA /Eurocard / Mastercard / Maestro /Amex) and the Hungarian cafeteria cards (OTP, MKB, K&H).

 

Child’s bed

Child’s bed is demandable at the reception free of charge. Our hotel is child-friendly, so we have several equipment for families with small children (like baby baths, highchair, etc.)

 

Children

We kindly ask the parents – on behalf of their children – to take intensified care! The damages caused by the children must be payed by the parent!

 

Medicament/Pharmacy

At the reception of our hotel You can find the essential pills (like antipirines, painkillers). If You have a medical problem, please contact the reception. The reception can also provide information about the pharmacy on duty.

 

Hair dryer

All the rooms are equipped with hair dryer.

 

Pets

.No pets are allowed in our hotel, we kindly ask Your understanding.

 

Internet

The broadband internet can be used through the WIFI network free of charge in the guests’ rooms and the public areas as well. The code is: Blaha2014.

 

Pen & notepad

Our guests can find pen and notepad on the desk in the room.

 

Camera system

On behalf of the security of our guests we have a camera observation system in the public areas, the corridors, parking places and outside on the street.

 

Bicycles

If You are planning to rent a car, please contact the reception. The bicycles are provided by an external partner for extra charge.

 

Damages

Please take care of the hotel equipment and use them properly! Please, leave the decoration! You will be held responsible for the any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by yourself.

 

Check-out

Please leave the room till 10 AM on the day of Your departure ! If You plan to stay longer and it is possible, we can provide You the opportunity of the „late check-out”, for an extra charge. In case of an early check-out please pay Your bill on the day before at the recepion.

 

Environmental protection

Save our environment together. We kindly ask You to use only the requiring amount of water and energy for Your comfort.

 

Key

At check-out please leave the room key at the reception. In case of losing the key the guest have to pay a fee.

 

Visitors

If You are planning to have a visitor, please inform the reception. In the rooms only the checked-in guests can stay. We kindly ask to have private guests only on the terrace of the hotel or in the public areas.

 

Sights and programmes

Informational brochures, maps and programme guides are available at the reception and in the lobby. Our colleagues at the reception will always be glad to provide You informations.

 

Air conditioning

The rooms on the first floor have air conditioning. The equipment is operating only with closed doors & windows. Remote control can be taken at the reception.

 

Massage

Our qualified masseur and the varied massage opportunities are awaiting our Guests. You can find the prices & informations at the reception, and You need to make a reservation.

 

Mini bar

Every room in our hotel has a mini bar, filled up with drinks. Our maids check the consumption daily, at the cleaning and fill up the bars. The current prices You can find on the list in the mini bar cabinet. We add Your consumption to the bill and You can pay for it when paying Your hotel invoice. Please always control the notes of the maid, which she leaves in the mini bar cabinet daily.

Doctor

Parking

The hotel’s parking places - which are equipped with cameras - and the rented places in front of the building are free of charge. Please, save room for the other guests’ cars as well!

Spare key can be required against deposit at the reception.

The reception service is open from 8 AM to 21 PM.
 

Event & banqueting hall

Our event hall is suitable for company events, conferences, weddings. Our banqueting

hall is convenient for 50 persons, and has all the necessary equipments (screen, wifi, projector, etc.) for holding conferences.

 

Safe

To protect Your values, we have a safe in every room and it can be used free of charge. We are not responsible for the values left outside the safe.

 

Room service

In the frame of the room service You can require extra blankets, pillows, bed sheet for children, etc. from the maid or at the reception.

 

Cleaning

In our hotel the daily cleaning takes place from 8 AM to 12 PM. if You don’t need the cleaning, please contact the reception.

 

Lost & found

Regarding lost items please contact the reception.

 

Taxi

Taxi can be ordered at the reception.

 

Phone

You can make internal and external calls directly from Your room. The rate of the call will be added automatically to Your bill. Between rooms You can make calls free of charge by dialling 1 and then the room number.

 

TV

On the TVs placed in each room You can watch the programmed channels. These are all free of charge.

 

Hygiene products

Our guests can find several hygiene products (soap, shower gel, shampoo) in the bathroom. For an extra fee You can require toothbrush, toothpaste and razor at the reception.

 

Towel.

We change towels in every two days. Upon request, a daily change for extra fee is also possible. The towels on the bathroom floor we change automatically. The white towel placed in the rooms cannot be used on the beach.

 

Map and informational materials

Map and informational material are available at the reception.

 

Fire alarm

Fire signals and fire-extinguisher are placed on every floor of our hotel. In case of fire You will hear a siren signal. If You hear this sound, please leave the building as soon as possible via the designated fire route, which is placed inside the room door.

 

Sewing kit

Sewing kit can be required at the reception.

 

Iron

If You need iron and ironing board, please contact the reception.

Your remarks can be told personally, on the questionnaire next to the reception, on our website, in email, through our social media site or by our online partners (booking.com, szallas.hu, etc.) We are grateful for each remark.

 

Emergency exit

In case of danger, please use the evaluation route, whch can be found on the room door.

Flower, bouquet can be ordered via the reception.
